We are dedicated to providing great online shopping experiences and are on the lookout for a Logistics Coordinator to join us on this journey for our two Nordic marketplaces: CDON and Fyndiq.
About the role
Our ideal candidate has a strong passion for logistics in combination with analytic skills and a drive to increase the delivery experience through a data-driven approach. As you will be the expert and go-to person for all questions related to our logistics flows, processes and KPIs, it is vital that you have experience on how to optimise our logistics flows and processes, as well as handling complex sets of data, and interest in making the data actionable for your colleagues and partners. You will be directly involved in daily operations as well as forecasts and projects to ensure that we give our customers an excellent delivery experience.
You will be part of a small and fast moving Logistics department, which requires you to be independent and have the ability to prioritise and manage a varying workload. With the rapidly evolving landscape of e-commerce, your ability to anticipate market shifts and adapt strategies accordingly will be invaluable to our ongoing success!
Responsibilities includes
- Setting up reports for decision making and support the company with data insights and be responsible for internal reporting and analytics.
- Manage forecast considering market, supply situation with reference to sales orders and forecast
- Understand and oversee logistics backlog and how it affects our customers
- Follow-up on logistic partners weekly performance and KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
- Support demand and supply planning with precision, facilitating smooth warehouse operations.
- Administration and reporting of import and export within and outside of EU
- Keep detailed records for Quality Management Systems
- Continuous monitoring of Merchants’ compliance with our logistical rules and regulations
Qualifications and requirements
- Relevant educational background and professional experience in logistics
- Is an analytical fast learner with a knack for Excel and ERP software
- Feels comfortable taking data driven decisions
- Can quickly get a good overview of a situation, still with an eye for details
- Is a team player and enjoys collaborating as our projects often involve several stakeholders
- Loves structure, prioritisation, and improving processes to maximise efficiency
