We are dedicated to providing great online shopping experiences and are on the lookout for a Logistics Manager 1p to join us on this journey for our two Nordic marketplaces: CDON and Fyndiq.
About the role
Join us as an intrapreneur and manage our own “1p” business where you manage “CDON as a merchant”. You will be responsible from start to finish to sell the products that are not “3p marketplace products”, meaning the products that we buy ourselves, store in our warehouse, and sell on our own marketplaces. You will manage the whole chain from procurement, pricing, warehousing, delivery excellence, and make sure that we make money on this business unit.
You will be part of a small and fast moving Logistics department, which requires you to be independent and have the ability to prioritise and manage a varying workload. With the rapidly evolving landscape of e-commerce, your ability to anticipate market shifts and adapt strategies accordingly will be invaluable to our ongoing success!
Responsibilities includes
- Responsible for our CDON as a merchant business, tactical as well as operational, Including planning, execution and follow-u
- Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic roadmaps for our 1p business
- Risk management and inventory optimisation
- Drive continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and suggesting innovative solutions
- Continuously analyse and monitor delivery accuracy for our 1p and FBC flows to secure a satisfied customer experience
- Responsible for warehouse relations
- Administration of daily operations within distribution logistics and fulfilment, including warehouse and overseeing shipping/receiving processes
- Ensure our outsourcing partner has timely and accurate order processing and delivery
Qualifications and requirements
- Relevant educational background and 3+ years of experience in logistics/procurement or e-commerce
- Is a team player and enjoys collaborating as our projects often involve several stakeholders
- Comfortable with switching between planning and detail focused execution and validation, in a fast-moving environment
- Good project management skills are necessary to succeed in this role, as well as attention to details
- Loves structure, prioritisation, and improving processes to maximise efficiency
- Feels comfortable taking data driven decisions
