We are in a growing phase of improving our supply and merchant base and are on the lookout for a Merchant Success Manager to join us on this journey for our two Nordic marketplaces: CDON and Fyndiq.
About the role
Our ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial drive and has a strong passion for customer success and an analytical mindset. Our merchants are located in Europe and China. You will represent CDON Group’s marketplaces CDON and Fyndiq. You will together with your manager setup ways of working, strategies, tactics to prioritise actions towards our thousands of merchants. You will in a proactive, active and reactive way secure our merchants' sales success. You will be data driven, supportive and solution oriented towards both internal and external challenges. You will be part of the small and fast moving Merchant Sales department, which requires you to be independent and have the ability to prioritise and manage your goals. With the rapidly evolving landscape of e-commerce, your ability to anticipate market shifts and adapt strategies accordingly will be invaluable to our ongoing success!
Responsibilities includes
- You will identify ways on how to increase existing merchants sales
- Making sure our merchants gets the right data insights to be able to grow
- Finding solutions for the existing merchants to be able to understand and develop their business
Qualifications and requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- You are an analytical fast learner and adaptable to changes
- Proactive approach, detail oriented, with the ability to see the “bigger picture"
- You have a data-driven mindset, are supportive, results-focused, and solution-oriented
- Excellent fluent skills in English and Swedish, both verbal and written form
- You are a team player and enjoys collaborating as our projects often involve several stakeholders
- Comfortable with switching between planning and detail focused execution and validation, in a fast-moving environment
