About the role:
As a Business Development Manager at CDON, you will play a pivotal role in the company's future success by providing actionable insights, executing on prioritized initiatives and developing sustainable growth strategies.
This role presents an opportunity to collaborate closely with our CCO and the broader management team, creating a platform for you to showcase and further develop your analytical, leadership, and strategic skills. You will play a pivotal role in initiatives designed to unlock the full potential of our business, identify and assess new opportunities for growth, and contribute to the shaping of our strategic agenda. Initially, your responsibilities will also encompass supporting the integration of CDON and Fyndiq, following our acquisition of Fyndiq in April 2023.

- Collaborate with the entire organization incl. management team to identify and assess growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic roadmaps to guide decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute on strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with broader company objectives.
- Manage prioritized integration/synergy realization workstreams e.g. take rate expansion, execution of renewed brand promise and expansion of fulfillment offering.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
- Cultivate partnerships and relationships with external stakeholders to expand CDON’s reach and offerings.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment on next steps.
- Drive continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and suggesting innovative solutions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategic or business development role, preferably within the e-commerce or related industries.
- Experience as a management consultant from a top-tier firm is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to derive insights from data.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas succinctly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in English is required. Swedish not required.
